How to Verify your email

After registering to create a Vizzy profile you must first verify your email. 

To verify your email: 

  • A verification link will be emailed to the email address you have registered to Vizzy with
  • Click the link in the email
  • The next step will open in a new tab on your web browser


If you do not receive the verification email it may be because: 

  • The email has been delivered to your SPAM / Junk folder - please check
  • You may have incorrectly entered your email address when registering to Vizzy - please try registering again. (If your email was correctly entered the first time, a notification will say ‘An account already exists with this email’.)

If the clicking the link in the verification does not appear to be working:

  • You may have malware / anti-virus software that is blocking the Vizzy website from verifying your email and performing the next step of the process. Please add Vizzy as a trusted website. Or try clicking the verification link on your mobile device to complete this process, and then log back in on your computer if you wish.
  • After clicking the verification link, the next step of the Vizzy process opens in a new tab within your web browser. Some web browser settings will not automatically open the new tab, and you will continue to see the ‘Please Verify your email’ window. Please check to see if a new tab is available.
