If you have been invited to join your business's Vizzy account as a Recruiter, please follow these steps:
Signing up to your business's Vizzy account:
The Account Owner of your business' Vizzy account needs to invite you to join Vizzy by sending you an invitation link. They can do this via the 'Users & permissions' section in their 'Settings' by:
- Sharing a re-usable invitation URL with you directly
- Sending an automated email invitation that will send you an email from "hello@vizzy.com" with the invitation URL (image below)
- Click this link
- Sign up to Vizzy
- You will receive a ‘Verification email’ from ‘hello@vizzy.com’
- Click the link in the email to verify your email
- You will be directed to your business–Vizzy community landing page
- Click ‘Get Started’
You may be asked to answer some onboarding and/or Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion questions set by your Account Owners; and you will also be asked to create a personal Vizzy url which is connected to your personal Vizzy profile
Email Verification Troubleshooting
If you do not receive the verification email it may be because:
- The email has been delivered to your SPAM / Junk folder - please check
- You may have incorrectly entered your email address when registering to Vizzy - please try registering again. (If your email was correctly entered the first time, a notification will say ‘An account already exists with this email’.)
- If you 'Sign out' of your Vizzy account before clicking the verification link, you will need to sign back in order for the verification link to work
If the clicking the link in the verification does not appear to be working:
- You may have malware / anti-virus software that is blocking the Vizzy website from verifying your email and performing the next step of the process. Please add Vizzy as a trusted website. Or try clicking the verification link on your mobile device to complete this process, and then log back in on your computer if you wish.
- After clicking the verification link, the next step of the Vizzy process opens in a new tab within your web browser. Some web browser settings will not automatically open the new tab, and you will continue to see the ‘Please Verify your email’ window. Please check to see if a new tab is available.
Viewing Candidates:
- When you first join your business' Vizzy community you will only have 'Member' permissions
- Your Account Owner will need to upgrade your permissions to 'Recruiter' via the 'Users & permissions' section in their 'Settings'
- As a 'Recruiter' you can see Candidates who have applied to your jobs by clicking 'My candidates' icon (below) on the left side-bar navigation. If you can not see this icon, you do not yet have 'Recruiter' level permissions.
