Signing up: Candidates

If a business has invited you to create and submit a Vizzy profile as part of their application process, please follow these steps. 



The Business's Vizzy landing page

  • To start an application for a business, you must sign up / log in via their Vizzy landing page.
  • You might be directed straight to this landing page via LinkedIn or the company website
  • Or the business might send you a Vizzy URL
  • This url will look something like: www.vizzy.com/jobs/'businessname'/001
  • If you are applying to multiple jobs at the same business, they may send you multiple Vizzy URLs
  • Make sure you use this url link to sign up to Vizzy for each job you are applying to
  • This link will direct you to the business's Vizzy landing page
  • Click 'GET STARTED' 


After clicking 'GET STARTED'

  • You will either be asked to sign up to Vizzy straight way using your email 
  • Or, you will be taken to the business' jobs board, where you can select the job you are applying to
  • After clicking 'APPLY' on the job, you will then be asked to sign up to Vizzy


Email Verification

  • A verification link will be emailed to the email address you have registered to Vizzy with
  • Click the link in the email
  • The next step will open in a new tab on your web browser


        Email Verification Troubleshooting


        If you do not receive the verification email it may be because: 

  • The email has been delivered to your SPAM / Junk folder - please check
  • You may have incorrectly entered your email address when registering to Vizzy - please try registering again. (If your email was correctly entered the first time, a notification will say ‘An account already exists with this email’.)
  • If you 'Sign out' of your Vizzy account before clicking the verification link, you will need to sign back in order for the verification link to work


        If the clicking the link in the verification does not appear to be working:

  • You may have malware / anti-virus software that is blocking the Vizzy website from verifying your email and performing the next step of the process. Please add Vizzy as a trusted website. Or try clicking the verification link on your mobile device to complete this process, and then log back in on your computer if you wish.
  • After clicking the verification link, the next step of the Vizzy process opens in a new tab within your web browser. Some web browser settings will not automatically open the new tab, and you will continue to see the ‘Please Verify your email’ window. Please check to see if a new tab is available.
