How to: Vizzy Job Applications - Introduction

If a business has asked you to create a Vizzy profile as part of their job application, it's easy, just follow these steps. Signing up as a candidate: 

  • You must sign up or log in via the business's Vizzy landing page
  • You may be directed to this landing page via the company's website or LinkedIn etc. 
  • Or the business may share a unique Vizzy URL with you to follow
  • Click "Get Started" and sign up  / log in, and then verify for email address to begin 
  • You will need to log in via the business landing page for each job you are applying to
  • After you have successful signed up and started an application for a job, you will see the job appear in the 'My Applications' section; you can continue your application at any time via the 'My Applications' section


Onboarding Questions:

  • The business may ask you to answer a series of pre-requisite questions and equity, diversity, and inclusion questions before starting your application. 
  • You will also have the opportunity to create your bespoke Vizzy url - this can be anything personal to you, such as your name and favourite number. This is how you can continue to update and share your Vizzy profile beyond this application process


Create your Vizzy profile:

  • Your Vizzy profile is your opportunity to showcase your skills, work, ideas, personality and accomplishments 
  • Some businesses will have minimum required content, and some will also ask you to create role-specific questions that have been added by the business you are applying to


Submit your application: 

  • Once the minimum requirements are completed, you can click the 'Submit' buttons to submit your application
  • The 'Submit' button is at the top of your profile, and on the floating button at the centre/bottom of the screen
  • If you cannot see the Submit button, your are not in the 'application' version of your profile, you are in the 'My profile' section of Vizzy: 
    • Ensure you have signed in / logged using via the business's Vizzy landing page
    • If you are continuing an application, ensure you have done so via 'My applications' section
  • After submitting your profile you will receive a confirmation email from Vizzy


"My applications" - managing your applications:

  • You can revisit and continue your applications anytime via the 'My applications' section
  • Your 'My profile' section is where you can continue creating your Vizzy profile and share it anywhere using your bespoke URL or export it to PDF
  • Changes you make to your Vizzy profile will also be made in your applications, including the ones already submitted
