Starting your Vizzy application

If a business has asked you to create a Vizzy profile as part of their job application, it’s easy, just follow these steps:

  1. There are two ways to start your Vizzy application:
    • The business has sent you a role-specific Vizzy URL. Make sure you use this to create your Vizzy - this is the link that will make sure your Vizzy profile is submitted for that role. This link will direct you to the business's Vizzy landing page, where you can click 'GET STARTED'.
    • You are sent directly to the business's Vizzy landing page, where you can click GET STARTED, followed by selecting the role you are applying to, and click APPLY
  2. Next, verify your email, by clicking the link in the verification email that will be sent to the email address you have signed up to Vizzy with.
  3. You will then enter your Vizzy account, and you will see the role you are applying for in the section 'My Applications'. Click 'Apply' to start your profile.
  4. The business may ask you to complete some pre-requisite questions that are relevant to the role you are applying to, and an Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion questionnaire.
  5. You will also have the opportunity to create a unique Vizzy URL - this can be anything personal to you, such as your name and favourite number. This is how you can share your 'public' Vizzy profile beyond this application.
  6. You will then arrive at your Vizzy profile.
  7. Some businesses will have minimum required content, and some will also ask you to create role-specific 'Edit' questions.
  8. Once the minimum requirements are completed, you can click the 'Submit' buttons to submit your application.

How to submit your Vizzy application

  • The Submit button is located in the top right-hand corner of the screen, and also on the 'floating' button (on desktop) at the bottom of the screen.
  • It will activate once all the 'Required' content is completed.
  • You can continue adding to your profile and hit the Submit button when ready.
  • You will be asked to confirm your Submission, which you can do by clicking Submit again on the pop-up.
  • Finally, you will have to opportunity to give a Candidate Experience score and offer us any feedback.

If you cannot see the Submit button

  • The Submit button is only visible if you are in the 'application' version of your Vizzy profile
  • If you cannot see the 'Submit' button, it means you are creating your profile under the 'My Profile' section, rather than the 'My Applications' section.
  • To access the application version of your Vizzy profile ensure you have selected the role under the 'My Applications' section.
  • If you cannot see the role you are applying to under the 'My Applications' section, please ensure you have followed the steps above under 'Starting your Vizzy Application'
  • This will take you to the 'My Applications' section (via the business Vizzy landing page), where you will see the role you are applying to and the 'Apply' button to enter the application version of your Vizzy.
  • You will then be able to see the 'Submit' button, which will become activated after you have completed the required content.

What happens after submitting your Vizzy application?

  • After you have submitted your application you can review your application anytime under the 'My Applications' section.
  • You can continue adding to your Vizzy profile after submitting it - with the exception of the brand-specific Edit questions which are locked.
  • Any updates you make to your profile under the 'My Profile' will also be applied to your application and will be updated for recruiters.
  • However, any 'required' content will continue to be visible to recruiters, even if you 'hide' it in the 'My Profile' section.
