How to create a Vizzy Job Application

If a business has asked you to create a Vizzy profile as part of their job application, it's easy, just follow these steps. There are other articles that go into more detail on each of the below steps. 

1. Vizzy profiles can be created and shared for personal use, and businesses may also request that you submit role-specific Vizzy profiles.  
2. There are two ways to start your Vizzy application
   • The business has sent you a role-specific Vizzy URL. Make sure you use this to create your Vizzy - this is the link that will make sure your Vizzy profile is submitted for that role. This link will direct you to the business's Vizzy landing page, where you can click 'GET STARTED'.
   • You are sent directly to the Business's Vizzy landing page, where you can click GET STARTED, select the role you are applying to, and click APPLY.
3. Next, you will register to join Vizzy and verify your email by clicking the link in the verification email that will be sent to the email address you have signed up to Vizzy with. 
4. You will then enter your Vizzy account, and you will see the role you are applying for in the section 'My Applications'. Click 'Apply' to start your profile.
5. The business may ask you to complete some pre-requisite questions that are relevant to the role you are applying to, and an Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion questionnaire.
6. You will also have the opportunity to create a unique Vizzy url - this can be anything personal to you, such as your name and favourite number. This is how you can share your 'public' Vizzy profile beyond this application.
7. You will then arrive at your Vizzy application.
8. Some businesses will have minimum required content, and some will also ask you to create role-specific questions that have been added by the business you are applying to. 
9. Once the minimum requirements are completed, you can click the 'Submit' buttons to submit your application. 
10. You can continue your application at anytime by returning to the 'My Applications' section. You can continue adding to your profile, however your answers to the Edit questions will be locked.
11. Please note, the 'My Profile' section is your personal profile which mirrors the Vizzy applications you submit, but does not include the role specific 'Edit' questions the business may ask as part of your application. But please note, any changes to your profile will also apply to your Vizzy application.
12. You can revisit your submission via the dashboard at any time,
