How to create a Vizzy Job Application

If a business has asked you to create a Vizzy profile as part of their job application, it's easy, just follow these steps. There are other articles that go into more detail on each of the below steps. 

1. If a business has sent you a role-specific Vizzy URL make sure you use this to create your Vizzy - this is the link that will make sure your Vizzy profile is submitted for that role. 
2. You will be directed to the business's Vizzy landing page, where you can sign up by clicking 'Get Started' 
3. Next, verify your email, by clicking the link in the verification email that will be sent to the email address you have signed up to Vizzy with. 
4. You will then arrive on your Vizzy dashboard, and you will see the role you are applying for in the section 'Job Applications'. Click 'Apply' to start your profile.
5. The business may ask you to complete some pre-requisite questions that are relevant to the role you are applying to, and an Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion questionnaire.
6. You will also have the opportunity to create a unique Vizzy url - this can be anything personal to you, such as your name and favourite number. This is how you can share your 'public' Vizzy profile beyond this application.
7. You will then arrive at your Vizzy profile. 
8. Some businesses will have minimum required content, and some will also ask you to create role-specific 'Edit' questions. 
9. Once the minimum requirements are completed, you can click the 'Submit' buttons to submit your application. 
10. You can revisit your submission via the dashboard at any time, and you can continue adding to your profile however your answers to the Edit questions will be locked. 
11. You can continue using your Vizzy profile beyond the application process, by clicking 'Continue Editing My Profile' on the dashboard. But please note, any changes to your profile will also apply to your Vizzy application.
