What is a Media card?
Our Media cards allows you to browse our unique Vizzy prompts so you can share more ideas and interests, and demonstrate your industry awareness.
How to add media cards
Step 1: Click ‘+ CONTENT’.
Step 2: Select a ‘Prompt’.
Step 3: Add video links or images to bring your answer to life, and add some copy.
Step 4: Choose a colour, then hit ‘Save’.

Adding a Video from YouTube to Vizzy
Step 1: Start watching a video on youtube.com.
Step 2: Under the video, click Share.
Step 3: A panel will open, presenting different sharing options:
- Copy the link: Click the Copy button to copy a link to the video that you can paste somewhere else, like in an email message.
- Start at: To link to a specific part of the video, check this box and enter the start time before you copy the link. For example, to start the video at 2 minutes and 30 seconds, check the box and enter “2:30.”
Additional information on sharing videos
Your YouTube video privacy settings MUST be set to ‘Public’ or ‘Unlisted’ so the video is viewable on your Vizzy profile.
You MUST NOT have the privacy settings set to ‘Private’.
Uploading Your Own Video to Vimeo

Adding a Video from Vimeo to Vizzy
Step 1: To share a video, first select it from your Library to open the video settings page.
Step 2: Select the Share button in the top right corner of the page.
Step 3: A new modal will appear with options for sharing, embedding, and changing the privacy settings for your video
Step 4: Select the Copy link button in the lower right corner of the modal to copy the link to share your video.
Tip: Hold Ctrl and V keys on a PC or Command and V keys on a Mac to paste a link.
Additional information on sharing videos
Your Vimeo video privacy settings MUST be set to ‘Public’ or ‘Hide from Vimeo’ so the video is viewable on your Vizzy profile.
You MUST NOT have the privacy settings set to ‘Unlisted’, ‘Password’ or ‘Private’.
